Before your first class
What should I wear?+

Comfortable, fitted activewear that allows free movement. Avoid loose clothing that may catch on the springs.

Do I need special socks?+

Yes - grippy socks are required for safety and hygiene. We sell them at the studio if you need a pair.

Can I come if I am a complete beginner?+

Absolutely - our Group Reformer Class is designed for all levels. Exercises will be regressed to suit you, so many of our most loyal members started as nervous first-timers.

How early should I arrive?+

Please arrive 10 minutes before class. This allows time for a warm welcome and to settle in.

What should I bring?+

Just yourself, your grippy socks, and a water bottle. Everything else is provided.

Health & safety
Can I come if I am pregnant?+

Yes - with medical clearance from your healthcare provider. We recommend private sessions during pregnancy for fully tailored programming.

Can I attend if I have an injury?+

In most cases yes - please disclose all injuries on your health questionnaire and speak with us before class so exercises can be adapted appropriately.

Do I need to complete a health questionnaire?+

Yes - every new member completes a short questionnaire before their first class. It takes just a few minutes.

What conditions should I declare?+

Pregnancy, recent surgery, chronic injury, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, joint replacements, balance disorders, neurological conditions, and any medication that affects exercise.

Booking & cancellations
How do I book a class?+

Visit our timetable, choose your class, and book online. You'll need an R263 account - easy to create at first booking.

How do I cancel a booking?+

Through your member dashboard, any time up to 24 hours before class.

What is the cancellation policy?+

Cancel 24+ hours before class with no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows are still charged at $10.

Can I go on a waitlist?+

Yes - if a class is full, join the waitlist and we'll notify you instantly if a space opens.

Classes & studio
How many people are in a class?+

Maximum 8 per class - small enough for individual attention, large enough for great energy.

What equipment is used?+

Premium wooden reformers, props, and a beautifully maintained studio space.

Is the studio accessible?+

We have ground-floor access. Please contact us in advance to discuss any specific accessibility requirements.

Pricing
How much is a class?+

Every group Reformer class is $10. There are no packs, memberships or contracts.

How do I pay?+

Payment is made at the studio in cash.

Do you offer student or concession rates?+

We do - please get in touch with proof of status.

Do you do private or group bookings?+

Yes - message the studio on WhatsApp and we will arrange a private 1:1 or a group session.
